2. Products & Availability

HolidayCookieCo. specializes in small-batch, limited-drop baked goods. All products are:

  • Made to order

  • Subject to availability

  • Available while supplies last

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities per order

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

  • Modify or discontinue products at any time without notice

Because we operate in limited drops, items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is completed.


3. Food Safety & Allergen Disclaimer

Our products are made in a home kitchen environment.

While we take great care in preparation, our baked goods may contain or come into contact with:

  • Wheat

  • Dairy

  • Eggs

  • Soy

  • Peanut Butter

  • Almond Extract

If you have a food allergy, please exercise caution. By purchasing, you acknowledge responsibility for any allergic reactions.


4. Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

  • Orders are automatically  processed Ground Saver shipping 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated or select priority shipping.

  • Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


5. Perishable Goods Policy

Our cookies are perishable items.

Due to the nature of baked goods, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Melted items due to weather

  • Improper storage after delivery

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging and product

We will review and determine if a replacement or credit is appropriate.


6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time

  • Correct pricing errors

  • Cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.


7. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.
