HolidayCookieCo. – Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting HolidayCookieCo. Each order is handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged to ensure freshness and quality.

Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


1. Processing Time

All orders are made to order unless otherwise stated.

• Orders are processed within 5-7  business days
• Limited drops may have extended processing timelines (clearly stated at launch)
• Business days exclude weekends and holidays

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Methods

We ship within the United States via major carriers (USPS, or UPS depending on destination).

Shipping speeds at checkout reflect carrier transit time only and do not include processing time.

HolidayCookieCo. is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been accepted by the shipping provider.


3. Perishable Item Notice

Our cookies are perishable baked goods.

While we take care to package items securely:

• We are not responsible for melted icing due to warm weather
• We are not responsible for texture changes caused by transit
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather or carrier disruptions

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.


4. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for lost packages
• We are not responsible for additional shipping fees
• Orders returned due to address errors may require repurchase of shipping label and extended time of delivery due to remaking of fresh baked goods, we hold a standard of fresh baked goods delivered promptly.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.


5. Marked as Delivered

If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier:

• HolidayCookieCo. is not responsible for stolen or missing packages
• Please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim

We recommend shipping to secure locations whenever possible.


6. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Include your order number
• Include clear photos of packaging and product

We review all damage claims on a case-by-case basis and may offer replacement or store credit if appropriate.


7. Warm Weather Advisory

During warmer months, we recommend:

• Selecting faster shipping options
• Monitoring tracking information closely
• Bringing packages indoors immediately upon delivery

HolidayCookieCo. cannot guarantee condition of chocolate-based products during extreme temperatures.


8. Limited Drop Shipping Windows

For exclusive releases, shipping timelines will be clearly stated at launch.

All sales during limited drops are final. Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to production planning.
