Refunds, Returns & Shipping Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
Holiday Cookie Co. does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

All cookies are baked fresh in small batches and packaged with great care to help ensure they arrive safely. However, once packages leave our kitchen, shipping conditions are outside of our control.

If your order arrives significantly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and cookies. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Please note that HolidayCookieCo. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or handling issues caused by the shipping carrier. For these matters, customers will need to contact the shipping provider directly (USPS, UPS, etc.) to file a claim or request further assistance.
